Viktor Yanukovych's greetings on the Constitution Day

The only source of power in Ukraine is the people – with these words from Constitution I address you, my fellow citizens, on the day of birth of the Main Law of the country.
Together we will do everything to ensure that everyone without exception follows the Constitution in our country – the authorities, the opposition, the average citizens and the high-ranked officials. And alterations to the Constitution, which are talked of so much today, have the only aim – to assert democracy. And exactly such changes the Party of Regions proposes in a draft which we are already introducing for a public discussion.
I congratulate all citizens of our native state with the Constitution Day.
Let us respect and defend the Law!
